Honorary Co-chairs Maryalice Demler (WGRZ TV) and Jimmy Janowski (Buffalo United Artists) would like to invite you to Walk a Mile in Her Shoes!  While illuminating an important issue in our community, the event promises to be exciting and fun too!

All proceeds go to the Crisis Services Advocate Program, which provides confidential response & support services for survivors of rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, family violence, and elder abuse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The event kicks off at Crisis Services, 2969 Main Street at the foot of Hertel Avenue.  The route takes supporters down Hertel to the North Park Theater for activities, prizes and a closing celebration.  And the walker raising the most money will win a Nook!

Each year, an ever-increasing number of men, women and their families are joining Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®: The International Men’s March to Stop Rape, Sexual Assault & Gender Violence. Walk a Mile in Her Shoes is a fun opportunity for men to take a stand with women as allies, raise awareness, and rally the community to take action to prevent sexualized violence.
