The goal of Crisis Services Case Management services is to identify a homeless individual’s needs, link with appropriate treatment and other supports, and assist in finding safe, affordable, permanent housing.
Crisis Services staff provide case management services at the following shelters:

City Mission Corner Stone Manor (Women and Children): 150 E. North Buffalo, NY 14203- 716-852-0761
Little Portions Friary (Men and Women)-:1305 Main Street Buffalo, NY 14203- 716-882-5705
Any client of these shelters can link with our staff for case management services.
Emergency Housing After-Hours:
The Department of Social Services has contracted Crisis Services to serve homeless individuals in need of emergency shelter when DSS-Emergency Housing is closed.
Hours of Service: 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM Monday-Friday
and 24 hrs/day Weekends & Holidays
Individuals may access this service by calling Crisis Services 24/7 Hotline at 834-3131 or 911 (who will patch the caller through to Crisis Services).
